The Super-Cube® Leadership Model

Developed by Dr. Craig Ross Muller as the core output of his Doctor of Business Administration thesis at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, the Super-Cube® model is one of the first empirically validated, Africa-centric leadership frameworks in the world.

Tested rigorously in a leading African FMCG business network, the model structures leadership development around a unique cubic architecture. At its centre stands the individual (“you”), with six interconnected dimensions forming the faces of the cube.
